What is the purpose of the Terms of Use?
These “Terms of Use” (hereinafter, “Terms of Use”, “General Conditions” or “Conditions”) outline the general terms and conditions under which users of the website researchcashlab.devstatresearch.com (hereinafter, the “Site” or “Website”) may access, register and use the services offered by the Site. Users can use the Site to value research projects in terms of their financial viability and profitability for industry.

The content offered on the Website will be in Spanish, although the University of Valencia reserves the right to offer this content in any other official language of Spain or in any other language spoken inside or outside the European Union.

What is the applicable jurisdiction if conflicts arise?
The parties expressly waive their own jurisdiction and agree to be bound by the resolution of any disputes by the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia.
